A Sudden Sense of Helplessness.. Wednesday, January 11, 2006

Had a rather fun day yesterday. Nothing beats seeing mon miss the shuttlecock and it ends up hitting her on the head/chest. Forgot to count the number of times she sat on the floor after missing the shuttlecock. I think it should be around 4 times. =P

When I reached home after re-stringing my racket, my mum was quite pissed that I reached home late. She was complaining that I never study during the free time I had at home. Then she said, "Ni chi zi kao dao duo hao ni chi zi zhi dao.." (Means: you know how well you have done for the exams) When I heard that, got a little pissed. Then she went on to say something about my dear friend and thats when I got REAL pissed. Nearly wanted to talk back but decided otherwise. It would only make matters worst. I am such a coward..

Today, finally asked my friend about her 'A' level results. When I heard it, felt very helpless. The chances of eating fish soup is getting dimmer and dimmer. If kneeling outside the dean's office could get you a place in Uni, I would have gladly done so. But no, it cant, and I really do not know what to do to help you. I am so sorry..

Wow, I just totally wrote you off. WE MUST BELIEVE!!

Oh yea, my friend asked me to sign on with the Police Force cause he knows the 'boss' there. They told me since I was gonna join the force after graduating, must as well sign on now and they will pay for my Uni tuition fees and maybe my allowance too. I think I would have to sign a 6 years bond.

Do I really want to sign on immediately after graduating? After graduating, I would be working hard to earn more for the Japan trip. Would a career in the force provide me with enough funds? Hmmmm.. decisions decisions..
