Fun but tired.. Saturday, September 30, 2006

Well, on Thursday, met mon first for lunch at sakae then shar came to join us for arcade. She finally beat me, ROAR! Anyway, she had to leave early so shar and me went to watch "Little Miss Sunshine" which was quite a nice, touching and funny show. After that, dinner at KFC and waffles at Gelare, shar's treat! Thanks a lot! =)

Today, woke at 10.45am, ate breakfast and read newspaper, then when back to sleep on my sofa. What the hell..

Got awakened by some irritating message then went to do work. Later, went to Kovan there to meet the guys when suddenly poof popped out from nowhere. Bought lotsa meat and it looked like some altar. Ate ate chat chat watch tv play game watch inu then they had to leave le. All in all, quite fun, but somehow, I thought JJ looked kind of bored. So bored that he called his wife to complain. Haha, thanks guys for coming! =)

Didnt do anything today. Only managed to clean the house then went grocery shopping. After reaching home, made some pancakes for myself then later cooked dinner. Caught an hour of Singapore idol before coming online for my daily dose of CARDCAPTOR SAKURA. Omg, totally dig sakura's cool brother. Too bad he likes yukito(a guy). AHHHHHH!!

Study Break? Saturday, September 23, 2006

Well, my parents going to Thailand tomorrow, hope they would be fine there, and my study 'break' starts NOW. Despite saying that, I just know that my break would be burnt. Need to go back to school for Lab and training on tues and thurs.

I had wanted to go to a pub
I had wanted to go for kbox session
I had wanted to invite my friends back home
I had wanted to go ice skating
I had wanted to go cycling

But, somehow, I just know that none of the above would happen..

Actually, my tennis teammates did ask me out for kbox, but well, no money no talk.

So anyway, on a lighter note, my uni teammate just msged me saying that she dreamt of me. This was her msg:

"eh! I dreamt of u! haha dreamt we were with huiyun(another teammate) then u poured a can of flour on my head.. then I dreamt I went to buy a bowl of sago n pour on your head too! haha"

Wuahahhaha, really quite funny leh.. =)

The Banquet ROCKS! Monday, September 18, 2006

Well, yesterday went to watch The Banquet with some of the 2S23 people. The movie TOTALLY ROCKS man!! It is such a great movie!! Totally worth the $9.50 I spent. Everyone thought so too. So after the movie, we went to the jap restaurant at PS for dinner. Tried some sake and it was rather good! Quite easy down the throat, but I had a mild stomachache after drinking the wasabi orange green tea. Ok, so after that, we went to the PS arcade for fun mario kart game where mon won, then to the X-Zone to play bball game where mon LOST again.. Wuahaha..

I really enjoyed today's outing but it was rather short! Was forced out of the arcade cause the electricity was cut off, so we had to go home le. Way way way too short!! Maybe another long outing during my break?

Well, hope you guys(esp poof) enjoyed it. Yet another suckily planned outing by me.. =)

This week is quite a hectic week. Been playing tennis for the past 3 days and I have another singles match tomorrow. Playing against a wall..

Somethings are starting to piss me off..

Some people really think that I am very free, so it is acceptable that they push the organisation of outings to me. Ok, asking me to plan outings is still ok, BUT you freaking LIE to push the responsibility to me is WRONG. Actually when I heard that THAT is not true, I was really really very angry. To think that I believed your words and was rather concerned about what was happening. It sucks to get cheated, and this is what I am feeling now. Well, at least someone cares to help me..

I am not refering to any of you who are reading my blog..

Finally, after years of living in fear of donating blood, I conquered my fears!! Yesterday, as planned, I met shar after my lectures to donate blood. We had to queue for quite long, and luckily, shar had her macbook with her so we watched Spongebob Squarepants. If she didnt bring that, I believe my eyes would wander around and see the equipment which I am rather uncomfortable with. And so, after 1-1.5 hours of waiting, it was finally our turn. Shar went first, then I went to the 'bed' next to hers. Apparently, the nurse couldnt find the vein in my left arm so she had to take from my right. Then when the nurse was about to start to poke me, I overheard that shar couldnt donate cause they couldnt find the vein in both her arms.

AND, she was so kind as to accompany me throughout the process even though she was late for her meeting. SUCH A GOOD FRIEND! ROAR! Thanks a lot shar! If you weren't there, I would no doubt have fainted in the middle of the process cause I had the going-to-faint type of feeling where my ears were muffled and my vision start to blur. Maybe I just couldnt get used to the idea of something foreign in me. Wuahahhahaha, quite suggestive way of putting it..

Anyway, it wasnt that painful or horrible as I thought it would be. The first injection made my arm feel numb so when she poke the THICK LONG needle in, I didnt feel any pain. BUT, I still could feel the needle going in and I had to look at the nurse poking it in. It went quite far down before it reached the vein. Warh, when it went into the vein, I immediately had the going-to-faint feeling. Lucky shar was there to talk to me, or else, I think I would have concussed..

Ok this is getting long. Soooo, after don't know how long, the bag was finally full with MY blood. I had to squeeze this green apple stuffed toy thing to get the blood out, it was rather difficult. My arm was shaking with the effort. So after the whole event, I went to drink heavenly milo and biscuit and the clerk gave me a "no chicken award" cert for being a first donor. Anyway blah blah, lets shift to training.

So 3 hours after the donation, I had training and I think looked pale cause everyone was quite concerned. Ahhh.. such nice friends. Everything went smooth, played quite well, then ran 2.4 after that. I took 20 mins to run 6 rounds, OMG!!

Anyway, after school ended at 5.30pm, I called my mum to tell her that I donated my blood, and she said "HUH WHY YOU GO AND DONATE BLOOD?! YOU A LOT OF BLOOD MEH?! SO MUCH DONATE TO ME LA!!" Haha, funny la she..

A Challenge!! Wednesday, September 06, 2006

Warh, today I ate sinful Big Mac meal upsize for lunch. While walking back, I saw the blood drive poster in NIE, and suddenly, I really really want to donate blood. Maybe partly due to the fact that I was still rather pissed about myself and I want to see how much Angeline can endure. I think it was in a fit of anger that made me make this decision. So later I'm gonna call Shar to ask if she wants to donate blood too, cause, I am really unsure of myself. I don't want the same thing to happen again without anyone to save me. Last time it was kaiwei..

So yea, tomorrow, during my 2 hour break, I will rush down to NIE to donate blood and then to tut and a lecture, then to training and after that, I will punish myself with a 2.4 run.

This is what I plan la, don't know if it will happen..

Wish me luck guys, I'm gonna need it..

Wah lau!! I really really very pek chek now!! Just now went to NUS for the inter-uni competition. Played SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER x1000000000000 badly!! I really didnt know what the hell I was doing. Was super pissed at myself. The opponent wasnt SUPER good, but I just blew the points time and time again!! Before the match still want to hao lian that you want to whack the girl. What BULLSHIT! Well, at least I had ONE point where I played rather well. A short burst of excellence before the eventual downfall. Towards the end of the match, I really couldnt hold back and all the vulgarities spilled out. And STUPID me even lightly tapped my racket on the floor in a fit of anger, now the paint of that part of the racket is scrapped off. STUPID SHIT!!

I have let down my partner, my coach, my team and most importantly.... my racket..

Super low morale now..

Anyway, to mon and others!!

A hint : my earphones just spoilt!! Only can hear on one side..

Actually, mon, you really don't have to get me a good present since mine was rather sucky and useless.. Just get me something below $10! =)

Same for the others too!

Out at last!! Sunday, September 03, 2006

Yesh! I finally went out on friday with mon and shar. It all started with a lunch meeting with shar at NIE where we ate SUPER NICE western food with cream pasta. OMG SO NICE!! Then after lunch, we went back to my hotel room cause I had to pack my stuff to bring back home. While on the train, we seriously feel like going out then shar started having this crazy idea of watching movie at PS after her tuition. And I was reaching my station! So in doubly quick time, she checked the timing, called mon and soon after, the outing was confirmed.

We watched "Prada wear heels" and it was rather nice. The cinema was rather cold though. So after the movie, shar wanted to go home, and at first, mon wanted to go too. When I heard that she wants to go back too, I was rather sad, cause, I really wanted to play arcade. BUT, I could sense some reluctance in mon, AND I WAS RIGHT!! So we promptly proceeded to the arcade above the mrt station after shar boarded the bus. Played FUN basketball game together while waiting for house of the dead in which I got attacked by the most common of zombies.

After the game, mon played Time Crisis 2 in which she died before getting to the machine gun part in stage 1. Then, we went back to basketball game and watched this pro pair get 841 points? Super power! After they left, I challenged mon.

Ok, I shall not boast that I WON MON IN BASKETBALL GAME! =)

After losing the first game, mon was SUPER bu shuang so she challenged me again. We had to rest for 10 mins cause we were simply too tired.

I am not gonna boast that I WON MON IN THE SECOND RETURN MATCH TOO! =)

So after that match, we were super super tired and it was getting late so we went home. I could sense that mon is still rather bu gan yuan. Oh well, we could have another return match.

Yea la yea la, its because of the kickboxing la..

Everyday, I just face more and more shit. It is really quite demoralising when you are struggling with your 'best' subject. Lagging FARRRRRRRRrrrrrrrr behind now even though I just ended one month of school.

Super super tired now..

I really feel like going out, but I can't cause I need to do my stuff. And this shit doesnt seem to be ending!!

Need to escape from school for a while..

3 more weeks to study break!

Well, maybe a consolation is that, MY ROOMY IS A MODEL!! Heard from my teammate who is from the same OG. Omg, this is the closest I have been to a model! *secretly feels happy*

When will all this end.................
