Ok, I shall finally blog about the last week. Last monday, went to watch Spiderman 3 at the Cathay alone. First time watching alone, and it wasnt that intimidating as I thought it would be. The movie was ok, and I liked the french man in the restaurant. So after the movie, met up with jj, jw, yn and poof. Its been a long time since I last seen poof. So we went to eat at cartel, chatted, looked for yilin's present then walked around aimlessly. We went back rather early.
So on tuesday, my parents and I went to Bangkok. First time at the budget terminal, and it is really budget. So we had to walk on the airway to get on the plane and it looked like the scene where some president would emerge from the plane and wave to everyone, then walk down the stairs. I was really tempted to wave, but a bit paiseh. Next time if I go with friends, I shall try and wave, wuahahah!!!
We reached bangkok at around 3pm, thailand time, so after checking in, we went to the new Central which was the old world trade center. Had delicious glass noodles there, DAMN SHIOK!! So we walked around then went to MBK which was huge too. Walked around when I spotted a bag that I liked a LOT!! My mum told me to walk around to have a look first since we had so much time. The next day, we went to Platinum Fashion Mall which JJ intro-ed to me. There were LOTS of shops man!!! But, first we went to have a foot massage in which the person told me to wax my leg, ROAR!! After massage me and my mum went to walk around while my dad went to sit are the food court to read stuff (quite poor thing).
We only managed to cover 2 floors! There were really too many shops to look at, but the thing is, the clothes there were damn small! No size somemore! So, I didnt manage to get much. Proceeded to paragon to have lunch and shop again. Anyway a good thing in thailand is that their bra and underwear are all cheaper than in singapore!! MUST GET MORE WHILE YOU'RE THERE!!
Next day, went to Paragon again for HUGE breakfast. The supermarket there is really really BIG!!! Can get everything you want there. They even sell ready made soup, salad, and other delicious stuff. My dad was sent away to watch Pirates of the blah while me and my mum shopped WUAHAHAHAH!! I bought one packet of instant noodles back, TOM YAMMMMM!!!!
Oh yea! Everyday, I went to buy the DELICIOUS street food! I esp liked the bbq food which looked someting like satay. 5 baht per stick leh!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! Never ever felt hungry in bangkok.
So last day, we went back to mbk and my mum was really tempted to buy the boxing gloves and punching ball, in the end never buy, HAIZ! I went back to the shop and found out that the bag was GONE!!! Felt rather sad but my mum suggested going to the ground floor to look for it. So I asked the shop attendant and finally, under a pile of bags, I saw that bag. She literally dug out my bag from a mountain of bags. Bought it for 700 baht. Then at 6pm we had to go the airport where I met 3 rather disgusting guys from Singapore.
I was standing in line, waiting to get the tickets when this group of 3 guys, probably in uni, queued behind me and talking away. So naturally I would listen to what they were saying. They were saying they went to many wrong places, bought this bought that, THEN!!! They starting to talk about porn!!! I think they went to watch a live sex show or something and one was saying watching that no kick, then his friend said, "Watch on tv no kick, but they are having sex IN FRONT OF YOU LEH!" Anyway, I was rather disgusted when I heard that, luckily my parents were rather far away and didnt hear what they were saying.

Sorry if my intro (Platinum Fashion Mall) was not good.. hahaha! My mum & my sis r also complaining the tops they bought from there are too small when we come back to Singapore! LOL! YeahzZz!!
