I Got A New Pair Of Tennis Shoes.. Monday, December 06, 2004

Today.. it rained most of the day..
So tennis training was cancelled..
Then my mum's friend called her to tell her that Novena there got tennis shoes on sale..
So since today no training..
I decided to go shop for tennis shoes with my mum..
Went to United Square to see the tennis shoes..
The salesman there was quite.. arrogant?
He thinks he knows a lot like that..
Well.. maybe he does.. but who cares..
Couldnt find any nice shoe there..
It was also quite expensive..


So we decided to go to Novena Square to shop around..
While on the escalator..
Saw a poster showing.. "Adidas Factory Outlet"
We showed IMMEDIATE interest in that advertisement..
So we went to that factory outlet..
The models there were quite old..
But I found a decent looking pair of tennis shoes..
Simple design.. But nice nevertheless..
Its normal price was $89, but there was a 50% discount..
So.. the shoes were only.. $44.50..
So cheap.. weee... So happy..
Then we found a decent looking T-shirt of cooling material..
We decided to buy it for training..
So in the end.. we ended up buying 6 pieces of that T-shirt for training..
$44.50 for tennis shoe.. $81 for 6 T-shirts..
I am beginning to like that place..
Too bad the models are old..


Ok.. After buying, we went to Northpoint there to meet my dad..
Went to Crystal Jade to eat la mian.. (pull noodle.. lol)
It was quite nice.. but gets quite sian after long..
We ordered some fried red bean paste biscuit thingy..
Ended up waiting for like 20 mins for it..
Cause, according to the staff, it needs to be fried slowly in the oil..
When we got it.. it was quite hot.. (duh..)
Overall.. it was ok.. but its really OILY..


So yea.. that was how my day was..
Instead of going to Prom.. I went out with my parents..
